- I've got a question concerning heads-up play.
Say you're on a tournament table and you manage to get to a heads-up. Now say you have 1000 chips left, and your opponent has 900 left.

I was just wondering if there was a set buy-in to blinds ratio, and if so, what it is?
If not, what is recommended for A) casual players and B) tournament players?

- I've got some fairly basic questions.
1) Do you have to use both your cards? My friend told me that you do, and I found it a bit weird. For example, say the 5 cards are 4, 5, 6, 7, 10

Hi folks, 1st time here, my friends and I have a disagreement on betting, example in a cash game no limit holdem, SB .25 & BB .50 to call you need to put out .50, if I raise it has to be the amount of the BB ( thats my thinking) so if I raise, the min would be at least a $1.00 or more, I cant say...

- Minimum bets in no-limit
Two quick questions:
In no-limit hold'em, do you still have the standard minimum bets like you do in limit?
For example, if blinds are $1/$2, would the minimum opening bet on the turn/river be $4?
Also, there's no "capping" in a no-limit game, right? You can have as many raises as you want?
Thanks.
