Yeah it was a good tournament. When they got to the final table Dagastino(sp) had the worse luck ever.

It was funny when Corkins beat him and asked for the chips and Dagistino knocked them over. Also when someone went all in Dagastino actually picked up the guys chips and counted them. Isnt this a big no no. No one said anything but Lon and Norm.

D'agostino is yet another classless young bitch who fumes when he takes a bad beat like that... I didn't see him hand any chips back to the guys he knocked out when he got QQ, KK, QQ, AA, etc, etc in the two episodes before the final table and everyone else got garbage. Props to Hoyt for putting him in his place. You can be sure Hoyt would have shaken D'agostino's hand and left if he were the one with TT.

It seemd that he could give the beats and then when he got sucked out he would whine and make a big deal out of it.

Is this anything new? This is the new era of poker man, get used to it. Arieh, D'agostino, Williams, etc. Williams not so much in whining about bad beats, but more of the fist-pumping, hand-slapping crap. Poker is becoming about the ego, almost like boxing. It's cool to talk trash since, obviously, it'll get you on TV.

i forgot what it was ... but did anybody catch the end to a tournament with D'agositino and Ivey playing heads up ... they were showing it hand for hand on FSN and it was taking forever ... who won it?
Posted Mon Apr 11, 2005 11:02 pm GMT by Capone15
Ivey won it. It was at Turning Stone and it was cool how they showed all the hands.

As usual, FSN produces a much better pure-sports program that will quickly fade out because it isn't sexy like ESPN. Sucks.

Yeah Fox Sports poker shows are much better. I wish they would do another one like they did at Turning Stone. I like that better because it shows everything not just the hand that are good for tv. They only thing i dont like about fox sports is the people that announce it. If they could put Chad on those I would like them the best.

i thought the turning stone was nice to see cause it was more in real time, but there was like a commercial break after every hand

It was the US Poker championship....the American Poker Championship was the one at Turning Stone....
Jdags...just self destructed....I have never seen a chip leader call off so many chips at a final table.
Raise...Re-Raise...Jdags calls with KT....
What a goofball......and vastly overrated.
