You might contact Dave @ Homepokerchips.com for Chipco Racks. They are very nice I have about 20 of them. They are NOT the super hard acrylic plastic like some they have a little softer mor pliable feel to them. They also fit 20 chipco or 20 new Paulson chips snugly.

Is there a real difference between Paulson chip racks or the ones you can get from say 5stardeal?
