Anybody here read and find it helps them win?
Was thinking of buying it and though it may be interesting not sure how effective it is.

Even if its not that effective, its very when when you recognize something at the table from the book and it turns out to be true.

I have it, and it's got a lot of abstract stuff in it I like, the specific tells, some of them are hit or miss, but the stuff about decideing if your opponent is acting or not, determining if he's nervous, then thinking about why, that kind of thing - that's good stuff. It's worth a read.
