Just want to see if my thinking is right. Prolly looks like a stupid question, but I think there would be an arguement for QQ over the other 2.

77, no question about it.

I'd also go with 77. The only difference is with QQ and 22 your odds of making a straight are slightly reduced. It doesn't make much difference, but you're better off vs 77. QQ is the last hand of the three I'd want to be called by.

Is the risk of 2 pair on the board that insignificant compared to the straight? I’m not very good with these kind of odds calculations.

My gut is saying 22.
EDIT:
Running it in a sim:
As Kd 799119 46.67 903239 52.75 9946 0.58 0.470
2c 2h 903239 52.75 799119 46.67 9946 0.58 0.530
As Kd 761478 44.47 946000 55.25 4826 0.28 0.446
7c 7h 946000 55.25 761478 44.47 4826 0.28 0.554
As Kd 730541 42.66 975909 56.99 5854 0.34 0.428
Qc Qh 975909 56.99 730541 42.66 5854 0.34 0.572
Believe that answers the question.

Forgot about the two pair. But it looks like we already have our answer.

I dont understand the results. Please explain what they were.
Poker calculator (assuming all 4 different suits):
AK 43% QQ 57%
AK 55% 77 45%
AK 53% 22 47% same results as Snoogies sim
I guess I dont really understand why 22 is less of an advantage than 77. 22 you have 2 outs missing for the wheel, 77 you have all cards in play for broadway, wheel or hitting a pair. For your wheel, you need a 2 against 22, and that give him a set and boat draw.
AH.....just clicked, 77 has more str8 possiblities of its own. I was wrong-22 is better to be against AK. I can admit when I am wrong, it happened in 2003 and I admitted it then.
