I have heard of some place where u get cash when u play, like 500 dollars a week or something but can't find it someone who knows where it is...

The giveaway is the word CASH in capitals. Why would anyone other than an advertiser do that?
So three things are possibly going to happen:
1) He never comes back = spammer or random loon
2) He comes back and offers a perfectly reasonable explanation which involves bad english and missing the point = everything's fine I apologise for the slur.
3) He comes back and gets really angry about being called a spammer and tells us how ungrateful we are for not listening and how the site is crap, etc = definately a spammer.
