NL Hold'em Poker Books?

Posted Thu Apr 21, 2005 2:48 pm GMT by crack
Can someody recommend me a decent NL Hold'em poker book for cash games? The only one I know of is the one by Ciaffone that I have read and will be rereading.

What about any others though?

Maybe we should all be very geeky and start an online poker bookclub.

all of them! i've heard there's a book called "52 ways to win at poker" which is ment to be good. Doyle Brunson Super/System is quoted as the "bible" for poker players. Check out the cardplayer.com - it puts the articles of the magazines online and are worth a read. Basically any book on poker is bound to help you, even if you only pick up a few tips you have learnt something!

Yeah, the only problem is I have read quite a few poker books now. I would like to concentrate on improving my main game of NL Hold'em cash for now.

I have supersystem 2 and have just got onto the Doyle Brunson chapter now.

Thanks for your reply though. Smile
