Worst starting hands? (NL texas hold'em) |

I'm curious, what's the worst pockets you guys need to hold in order to enter the pot in the given situations below? And what do you do with them? Limp, call, raise or re-raise?
A) Fold around to you with 2 fishes yet to act and they play pretty much any two cards (and will also most likely call you down to the river with most any cards. Don't expekt much raising from them tough).
B) You're in sb, and the one guy you really have respect for has raised 3*bb from an early position. No other players has entered the pot. He's know to play premium hands with agression and also has a somewhat intimidating aura.
C) A semi-decent player has limped early, a fish who bluffs alot has just raised for 2*blinds and you're on the button.
D) Fold around to a good player, whom you know play mainly premium starting hands, and he has limped on the button and you´re in sb.
E) You're in bb, the fish who calls everything has limped in early position and an average player has raised 4 times the bb on the button.
F) Shortstacked player moves all-in in middle position and you're sitting next to act with about 10 times his stack.
G) A player you know very little of has doubbled the blinds from utg early in the game and you're on the button.
H) You're chipleader late in the game and the blinds have become quite steep. You're utg with 2 rather tight and good players still in there and there's also a fish left in the game (with an extrem amount of luck for a coupple of hands in a row) sitting in bb.
Hey, if these situations needs some fleshing out to answer properly, that'll be no problem. Just tought this might be an excellent way of picking up something new...

A) High cards primarily if they'll call anything. They have the best chance. Raise big with paired 8's or better.
B) Since I have terrible position, I'd limit myself to big pairs or VERY good drawing hands (J-10s or better), assuming I have some chips to work with.
C) A lot of hands... I'd love to play small suited connectors here for deception. Since I have position I'd play almost any hand that I'd consider "playable". If I have a good hand, I'll re-raise to hopefully knock the "decent" player out (or get info. about him)
D) If he limped and I'm fairly sure the BB won't raise, I'll come in with almost any hand... if he only plays big cards and he doesn't raise, there's a good chance I'll roll him if I see a favorable flop.
E) Need a very good hand here since I'm in bad position. High pairs, big suited cards primarily.
F) With the uncertainty of the play, I'd probably need 10's or better to call this. With QQ or better, I push all-in to isolate.
G) I'll see a flop with a good drawing hand or high cards and see what he does so I can get info.
H) Raise high cards... almost never limp here. Push all-in with good pocket pairs and make a huge bet with AK to isolate. Being UTG here I don't mind since I can raise to knock the tighties out.
