How often do you hit a huge hand on the flop? I've hit an A high straight a couple times on the flop but got run down by a full house that showed up. Anywho, here's a nice hand I just had =)

pokerstars .5/1 NL,

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to sergestorms Nine of DiamondsAce of Diamonds
sergestorms: calls $1
mdouglass: folds
halo-star: calls $1
Kintrodze: folds
Vaktsjef: raises $4 to $5
SanDiegoMark: folds
royal953: folds
sergestorms: calls $4
halo-star: folds

*** FLOP *** Ace of ClubsNine of ClubsAce of Hearts
sergestorms: checks
Vaktsjef: bets $5
sergestorms: calls $5

*** TURN *** Ace of ClubsNine of ClubsAce of Hearts Jack of Hearts
sergestorms: checks
Vaktsjef: checks

*** RIVER *** Ace of ClubsNine of ClubsAce of HeartsJack of Hearts King of Hearts
sergestorms: bets $13
Vaktsjef: calls $12.85 and is all-in

*** SHOW DOWN ***
sergestorms: shows Nine of DiamondsAce of Diamonds (a full house, Aces full of Nines)
Vaktsjef: mucks hand sergestorms collected $45.85 from pot

kinda threw me when he checked on the turn, thought he'd bet into me again, lucky for me he hit a K on the river (made his 2 pair A's and K's). Too bad though on the next hand I lost alot of it when my trip 7s ran into a straight on the river heh.

Saw a pretty bad beat today with one guying flopping the nut full house to another guy flopping the quads. 6-6 to 3-3 with a flop of 6-3-3. Guy was all-in after the turn (with the quads, he had a short stack) and he slow-rolled his cards, sucks for the 6-6.
