While waiting for the tourney at the trop to start on Sunday, I had time to kill. Tired of getting my but kicked in NL, I tried 6-12 Limit. I was up $120 in 30 minutes. Nice!!!
I also tried 10-20 limit after the tourney was done and prompltly lose the $120 + $ 100 more

Yeah, that game is either very tough or incredibly soft. If it was really early on Sunday, you probably caught a lot of chasers mixed in with others waiting for the tourney.

That game is almost always tough, since they never have more than one going. I've had a couple good sessions and a couple bad ones, but I've never crushed the game. That it's a time charge is nice if you're running good, or if it's shorthanded.
You didn't happen to bump into a blonde Ukranian(?) girl named Elena, did you? She's usually in those games pretty late Saturday/Sunday. She's a solid player and easy on the eyes to boot.

Hey Sean, in 2 weeks 05/13 and 05/15, Harrah's has a friday 7:00 pm $500 + $60 and Sunday at Noon a $250 + $30...care to go??

I'd never make it down in time for the Friday game, but I think I can make Sunday. I still have your cell #. Are you staying for the weekend?

yep...friday morning through monday morning. i will probably leave monday about 6:00 am.
I'm gonna hit Harrah's tourney on friday....probably taj 6:00 tourney or 9:00 US Poker satellite and then the sunday harrah's tourney.
In between I'll play cash NL at Harrah's, where I seem to do well. If I get busted out of the SUnday Tourney early, I have free Village People tix at Harrah's. Hopefully I'll still be playing.

i paly at the trop all the time.... 6/12 or 10/20 depending on the list. I am there pretty much every friday for the entire night. I also like to hit up the taj when i feel like playing 15/30.
