Cash game tilt.

Will Hill wouldn’t let me join any MMTs because the server was timing out on registration Very Mad I’m very tempted to move to PP.

Anyway I join a cash game instead. NL £0.15, £0.25.

I’m doing okay, worked £25 up to £35 in about an hour and intend to quit at £40.
I pick up KK on the BB.
6 people call the BB.
I raise £2 and it folds down to 2 callers.
Flop 2 4 8 rainbow

I bet out for £4
Player1 calls
Player2 raises another £2 all-in

Now I know there’s a chance I’m beat here, probably by a set. On the other hand he may have hit something and figured I missed with AK. I’m also pretty sure the first guy is going to fold even through the raise is so small (I’d been picking up small pots against him a lot using re-raises, the guy loved to bet and call but always folded against aggression).

Anyway I call, the first guy folds. We turn over the hand:

Me: K K
Player2: 2 4o

I don’t improve. This put me on tilt a bit, I stopped being so aggressive and picking up the smaller pots. In the end I went back down to £25 and quit even.
