I'm 19 and regularly play in the Indian Casinos about once every 2 weeks and do fairly well at the 4-8 tables. Some of my friend's have recently been going to a closer casino (30 min. compared to 1.5 hr.) and have been telling me how soft the games are there. Unfortunately minimum age is 21. My friends aren't 21 but say no one gets carded. Unfortunately I probably look closer to 17 than 21 so it could become a problem. I am a generally law abiding citizen and plan on making my rounds to the 21+ local casinos when I turn 21 next summer, so I don't wish to be banned from any now. Does anyone know what happens if they catch you underage? Do they just ask you to leave, or can they confiscate your chips and fine you and permanent records... blah blah blah?
What do you guys think about this?

It's best not to risk it, because legality at Indian Casinos is tricky. If they kick you out and take your checks, there isn't a whole lot you can do if you don't want to hire a lawyer, which probably isn't worth the value of the chips you lost.

I'm sorry I think my post wa a little ambiguous. I currently can enter Indian Casinos legally here (at least most of em) in CA but the 21+ casino I'm talking about is not an Indian Casino. Sorry, I guess I didn't explain that very well in my original post.

since you have a casino you can play at legally, why would you bother with one you can't? consider this.....say you hit a bad beat jackpot and they discover you are underage what do you think will happen?? if you said you will NOT get paid you are absolutely correct. they may also confiscate any chips in your posession. not worth the risk IMO. (especially since you say you look 17)

Ill also say its not worth the risk. But I come from canada where they wont let you in if you look 35 and dont have ID. I doubt they would blacklist you, however that would suck a lot more than waiting a year and a bit.
