When playin NL what is everyones opinion in general on playing on fuller tables rather then tables with 3-5 players?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

The size of the table isn't nearly as important as the quality of the players. I prefer 6 player tables, but I'd take an easy 10-seat game over a tough 6 any day.

I second that. It's all relative. In general, if my opponents are of equal skill levels, I'd pick shorthanded over fullhanded, because I get many more opportunities to make decisions and exploit their mistakes. But a really fish fullhanded table is a lot more profitable than a medium shorthanded game for me. Shorthanded is a LOT more fun though.

I am really trying to tighten up my starting hands, so short handed tables cause the blinds to come by too often. I would rather play a couple full tables and just be tight with my starting hands.

Funny, I'm trying to loosen up my starting requirements

If you're a new player to the game, I would suggest big tables where you can get away with only playing 'premium' starting hands and won't lose money by being blinded often.
It seems to me at smaller tables you have to be comfortable trying to take down a pot with 2nd pair or top pair with a weak kicker, and this can be tough to do for a lot of players, no matter how experienced.
Plus if you get a shark like snoogins at your table you're in trouble

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I'm not new to the online game, jus wondering what everyone else felt. I find sometimes I can really make a good come up on larger tables, but it sure requires more patiences.
One more question, I have really only been playing on Pacific poker.
I have been thinking of trying a new site (played on Party poker and Bet on USA too)
What other sites offer good incentives to sing up and are good action?
Thanks!

InterPoker for some great action ... short handed tables are usually easy to beat, and the full tables can be played well with premium hands. People there will call 4xBB raises with crud like K7 or Q8 ... its a poker mans dream

or was the question more to ask something like how weaker hands in full tables become stronger hands when short handed???

If you are an aggressive player you will excel in short handed play. Passive players get run over at a short table. Many rocks have problems at a short table because they don't know how to play a poor hand well.
