Late in a live MTT. In the SB with K Js . I have a nice stack - top 3 players on the final table of 8 players. BB is one of the shorties. It's pot limit and the blinds are 1000/2000 (starting chips were 1000) It's folded to me so I bet the pot to steal his blind. He calls and the flop comes down K K A. I weak bet and he of course comes all-in which I call. He flips over A2. Turn comes a .... 3! River.. need I go on?
I was just glad that he was short stacked and I didn't put more in.

Good ole' KJ gets me again:
Went out last night in about 28th place (of 50) in a casino MTT.
Gutted....
Moved to a new table after the freezeout and knew some of the faces. Had 4,000 chips (starting 1,000) but was shortish for the table. Second hand got KJo (the batchelor) UTG. I wouldn't normally play this early but I had won with it twice already that game so I limped (400). 4 other callers, no raise. Flop came down K 4 7 rainbow. Woman in SB bet 1,000 (she will chase bottom pair to the river regardless, and is generally dreadful). I made it 2,000 to go and all fold except her who calls. Turn comes 9 (no flush draw still). She checks, I put my remaining chips in (1,500ish). She calls.
Now you have to guess what she turned over, and what the river was

She paired the 7 and the river paired her 2?
Or perhaps she had 56 and the river was a 3 or 8. I'm feeling a bit of a straight vibe :D
