No. The only hands you have beat are 8's and lower. Other than that you're a coin flip at best. If this guy values his low PPs that much than maybe, but I wouldn't risk $200 hoping for a coin flip.

How aggressive? Is he not the type to push with a big pair? It seems likely that this is a hand he doesn't really want to take to a flop... how wide of a range do you think he's pushing here? Since you noted that he's "aggressive" I figure the range is fairly wide, in which case this is a pretty clear call.

hahha, villain was me. I tabled J3o and rivered broadway.

A little background: I had a hair cut in 10 minutes and if i won that $26 bet, I would've paid for my haircut, thus my huge overbet.

FWIW, even if I thought he was bluffing w/K10o, i still wouldn't call cuz i could be looking at kings/aces played terribly. I'm on the philosophy that in a live game, that this call is a losing call.

My range is so wide that I can be doing this w/AA - J3o but at 1.4:1 to call this should be an easy fold.

If your range is that wide, there's no way this is a losing call.

AA - J3o hand range makes this a clear call. But i think this hand range is very rare and players making this call will not be a winning player.

(I also play AA like this against WPT players -young, sunglasses, short stacked)

I really should be a little more careful on the way I word things because Snoogs is correct if you take my writings on face value. But, in this case, I can't think of a consistant winning player making this huge overcall in a cash game to be long-term successful.

I still think he made a great call on me (also he was playing over his friend's stack at the time so I thought I had a lot more fold equity)

Well the point is, if he knows you're pushing with a wide range, it's an easy call, and a good player should make it every time. If not, it's a no-brainer laydown.

You don't even have to be that much of a maniac for his call to be correct, but it's a pretty clear fold against an unknown
