I take it i should have bet the flop after he checked?
I hadnt been at the table long. so i wasnt sure how aggresive he was... his stack was x5 bigger than mine though...

I don't mind calling behind w/queens here, but you need to bet this flop for so many reasons.

I also agree that calling is acceptable, especially if the raiser is LAG and you know he'll bet any flop and you can suck him into a bigger pot with a favorable flop. It also allows you to get away easier from a flop with an overcard.

But yes, you must bet the flop.

i think i was playin at too high stakes for the amount of money i had on the table... playing .5/1 with only $40 .... thats why i was a bit scared of his bet.... but yes i know i should have bet the flop :x
