Bad beats just seem to follow me this weekend. Today I lost in the PS weekly $200 tourney (I won a free buy-in through a sat) where I was all-in preflop with QQ against TT and rags all fell until the river....you guessed it, a Ten hit....finished in 769/2500......but still not as bad as these 2 from a couple days ago....
#1
Evidently I was a 95.4% favorite on the flop on this one.

Who calls a 4x raise from SB with 45s??? Put this guy on your buddy list....The small bet on the flop was because I didn't see any drawing hands out there and thought he had the king or would try to steal.

The second one wasn't a bad beat in the least.
Sure, calling the 4BB was a bit loose, but hardly atrocious. Especially considering you clearly are a person who overbets your hands - I mean, why not call with a decent drawing hand to trap someone that doesn't have any sense of when they're drawing dead?
It seems that you somehow expect him to "know" you have aces, and fold without a whimper. Is this reasonable? He played a fairly loose game, and dominated you. =/
sorry if i sound blunt.

OK.... I agree that the 2nd was much of a bad beat, just someone getting lucky....But how can you say I'm overbetting? Please point out where this occurred? I am an aggressive player, but I don't believe I overbetted anywhere...

Hand 2, your flop bet is too small. Even though the flop is a rainbow and it doesn't look like there are any str8 draws, I would have bet more.
