What kind of hands would she play from an early position? She had everyone to act after her so the limp in is the first question. Is she known to limp in with low suited connecters? Would she limp in with something like AA or KK in early position and hope to get raised? Was there alot of pre-flop raising at this table? She could also have been holding TT and hoped she would hit the flop.
On the flop we can rule out AK because she didn't raise pre-flop and she would probably raise the flop with a spade draw possible. If she had AA or KK she would probably think you were drawing and want to see the next card before pushing. If she had a pair and a flush draw she had alot of outs so she would probably want to see a turn.
On the turn I don't think she would go any further with low suited connectors. The 4 couldn't of helped.
I think you could be right about the K. Maybe K6 of spade or something near. I figure either that or KK. Your check on the river may have induced a late semi-bluff also with something like Q8 of spade. With that check she might have put you on a spade draw of a J.
The flop bet is solid. She could call for many reasons. On the turn if you would've pushed harder she either would've called and had you beat or mucked it. It all depended on what you put her on. Very good hand to analyse. Hope maybe this will help with what you think you could have done different.
