If you're getting bluffed out of a lot of pots, especially 3-handed or heads-up, you're probably not aggressive enough. You want to be the one betting and raising, not checking and calling. Betting gives you two ways to win the pot, calling only gives you one.

Here's a rule to try: if you have a made hand on the flop either fold or raise, never call. If the bet is too big for the quality of your hand just let it go, if not raise.

Not sure if any of this applies to you but: try check-raising, I'm guessing you have not done this once before. If you know your oppoent will bet when you check to him take full advantage of it by check-raising. It will cure them of their annoying little habbit of betting every time it's checked to them.
