I'm wondering what the deal is with be able to play cards in casinos. I'm still in high school, but i love playing cards and consider myself okay. As I play more, read more, watch more poker, I continue to get better and better. Obviously when I'm 18 I can play for money online (hell, I already can), but does anybody know of anywhere (in the U.S.) where I could gamble at age 18. Perhaps Indian Reservations have different laws concerning this. Where would one find such a casino if any even exist. Thanks to all of you in advance, wyatt

I believe that in several states you can gamble in Indian casinos at 18. That's the way it is in my state. I'm sure someone could tell you for sure if you mentioned which state you're in.
Try this.

Thanks, the link is helpful. I'm from Jersey, but they are ridiculous about everything, driving ages, insurance, but hey, who knows where I will go to college. I may even take that list into consideration when applying.

just a question, at 18, which sites can i gamble online legally if i live in canada (19 to gamble)?

Canada's legal gambling age is 18, silly. you just can't go to our casinos because you aren't legal to DRINK. go gamble your heart out.
the only site i know DOESN'T let us young'ns play on is Full Tilt. other than that you're good.

I'm pretty sure that almost all Indian casinos are 18 and over. I regularly play at Casino Morongo in California.

most cardclubs in the midwest are 18+, i know a year or so ago i played at some card club around boston to, i dont know if you had to be 18 or 21, no one checked any ID, but i didnt and still dont look 21 so ill assume it was 18.

Morongo is in Cabazon, California. I think it's about 90 miles from downtown L.A.

Depends what province you're in. Alberta and Manitoba are only 18 to drink and gamble.

Quebec's legal age is 18 (or used to be). In all honestly, when I used to drive up there in high school, as long as you could see over the bar, you got served.
