... hand analysis post...
ok then, i have never posted a hand before. and apologies for the length of it.. i just cut and pasted it from vcpoker. i saw some kind of hand history convertor gadget thingy on another forum but it didnt quite work with vcpoker. if anyone can help me here that would be fully appreciated.
i won this pot i know. but i still feel like i probably did a few things wrong even so.
i checked the flop. but then i also checked the turn.. should i have tried to finish it on the turn? did i get a bit lucky?
please do rip this to shreads as you see fit... i want to improve as much as possible before i move up to higher stakes.. many thanks

I think you did well, especially for micro-limit. Personally, I would have slow-played the flop (not reraised), because it was a rainbow. Others may disagree, given the str8 possibility.

I like the limp preflop with a small end pocket pair.
Post flop I probably would have led out with a bet but things worked out better for you when that other player bet and you raised. So no problem.
At this point, he knows you have a hand so there is no point trying to slow play the turn. I would have bet. Probably a pot size bet with the potential flush draws on the board. In the end, you both end up "all-in" so no problem really.
After the river I think the "all-in" bet is a good move. If you had more money though I would have gone with a pot sized bet to try and sneak a bit more cash out of him. (If you had a big stack and went "all-in" he might have folded.) With your stack though, this wasn't an issue.
All in all, I think you played it fine. The most glaring changes I would make are a post flop bet and a turn bet. IMO

You got all your money in with the best hand. Good work.
Pre-flop limp was good. I didn't like the check raise on the flop. The flop wasn't that scary, only a possible straight draw, so I would have just called. The turn I would have check-raised to get him to put more money into the pot and feel more commited to it. River, nice push.

I like the turn check... representing a scared Jx I assume, makes the all-in look like a move and the call easier for him. But in limit I believe you'd want to bet the turn.
Where can you play 2/4 cent NL? Sincere question, not trying to be snotty, I've never seen that.
