definetly dont understand the question ... are you asking "what are the odds of runner runner straight + flush" i.e...
board is 56K rainbow and you hold 7Q suited that matches one of the flopped suits

You have a 10-11% chance of flopping a four flush, about the same shot at flopping the open ended straight. The chance of flopping a flush a little less than 1% and flopping a straight is a shade over 1%. You will have roughly a 5% chance of hitting your flush at some point, and about the same for a straight--I'm not too sure about the straight though.

What I meant was if I play 78suited, what are the odds of flopping either the flush, or flopping the straight, or flopping the straight flush?
I'm trying to determine if the way I play these is justified by the odds of catching with them.

I don't think that you need good pot odds pre-flop to call with suited connectors. What you need is implied odds. If you got 5 people in the hand that are going to pay you off if you hit something, then go for it.

I look at suited connectors as hoping to hit the open ended straight draw or the flush draw which only happens around 11% of the time for either. You then only have about a 34% chance of hitting it if you take it to the river.
You need to look at it you need 3-5 people playing the hand to make the implied odds worth calling preflop.
Best to play these in late position when you can tell how many will be in the hand and the risk of a raise or reraise is low.
