Hi
I just joined the forum and was wondering how the Poker League and Tournament set up works. I joined the usergroups and partypoker. Will I be notified when there are tournaments via email? and is there a ranking system in operation. I am pretty new to Poker and I would love somewhere I could play for free and establish just how good or bad I am, and give me something to aim for

I don't know if there is an email about the tourney's but they are definately announced on here... usually in the form of a sticky thread in the main (i think, or it could be the online one) forum.
