Don't play PS 2moro, I owe some beats big time!

These 2 beats cost me two heads up matches today. Both similar, both bullshit!

#1 - called a pre-flop min raise, all-in on the flop.

#2 - checked pre-flop. Bet the flop. All-in on the turn over a raise.

YAAAAaaaawwwwn... lost top full house to runner-runner-runner quads today... Razz

Yeah, I'm used to that two pair - straight one... occurs to me we should be using the "gap concept". As I understand it this is when you play only cards with a large gap, Q5, J3, etc. so that when you hit two pair the straight is less likely.

Better luck to ya.

It was heads up so I was playing junk :D

Just kidding. Not about the quads thing though. Confused

How does someone hit runner runner runner? Do you count the third card on the flop as a runner? Laughing

Yup. Not that the position in the flop would matter, though it was the third card, I just meant as opposed to holding a pocket pair... dunno what that does to the odds, nothing I guess, just seemed luckier and more aggravating to me.
