Playing at 5/10 NL 1k buy in, 6 handed on Full Tilt
My stack is $2k, but I am even.
I get K  K  and raise to $35. BB calls.
Flop comes
K  9 5 
Here's the part I love.... The pot is $75. BB checks and I bet $25. For some reason, when you bet into the pot, they never think you have it. Later if they catch, they never see a big hand coming. As oppossed to slow playing, and all of a sudden you are raising them big, bells and whistles go off for them.
Turn is a 2
BB checks again, and this time I fire $55. He calls. Flush draw? Pocket pair that is drawing dead?
River comes 9
BB bets into me $225. I am only losing to pocket nines. I think about it for a few seconds to throw him off (want to represent a missed flush) and then go all in. He started the hand with $1k and now has $660 that he would have to call here. He thinks about it and finally calls.
He flips over 9 4
I have the boat and win the $2k pot.
After the flop, he is drawing dead to runner, runner 9's for quads.

i've had a guy hit runner, runner quads to sink my boat so it CAN happen. i'm glad to hear that it didn't happen to you because i was thinking that was going to be the result as i was reading your post.

I remember once in a tourney, I flopped a boat with 10 10. The board was J J 10. The turn and river were jacks and A 7 (all in pre-flop) beat me since now I was playing the board. lol
