I am going to beautiful Detroit in a few weeks and was doing some research and found that the Motor City Casino offers NL hold 'em...which makes me very happy. I see that the minimum buy-in is $100 with a 2-5-5 blind structure...now, I've only played at the MGM in Vegas, and it was just 1-2 blinds, so the extra blind has me perplexed...can anyone shed some light on this for me, and also, has anyone played here before? What can I expect as far as competition/management/overall vibe at this place? I understand MI law allows the use of shills...and that has me a little worried, but I am confident in my game and feel I will come home a winner...any advice/encouragement is always appreciated!

If you're sure it was NL Hold'em....I really don't know wut they're talking about....maybe it was $2/$5/$.50 meaning blinds are 2/5 with 50 cent ante, but i doubt it

See, thats what I'm talking about...I called them, and asked if they had no limit, and she said yes, 2-5-5...and I was like......ok- I guess I should have followed up with a few more questions, but I was trying to figure out if I heard her right, and by the time I realized I did, she had long hung up the phone...hmmm...I should call them back-

I have heard of three-blind poker, but never actually played it...maybe it was in SuperSystem or one of the other books?
I wonder how they do it when it gets to heads-up?
