please tell me who wins
my hand: 1 :spade: and J :heart:
my friend hand: 6 :spade: Q :club:
commune cards: 1 :heart: , 10 :diamond: , J :diamond: 9 :club: 8 :spade:
He think he wins with a straigts. Tell me he lost because you cant take four cards in the commune ones.

FYI, you can use all 5 community cards if necessary.

Is this holdem or Omaha.
Holdem, you can use 3, 4 or 5 from the board
Omaha, you must use 2 of 4 hole cards and 3 from the board. I doubt this was Omaha, since you didnt identify 4 hole cards.
