25% flush draw. Ouch... Not bad. But a good stinger...

I haven't played online in a while. I've stuck to real games and going to A.C. Tonight, I was bored. Put $300 into my Full Tilt account and it was gone in less than 15 minutes.

In a nut shell:
I play TJo in early position on a NL 6 person hold'em table with an early small raise and only one caller. I flop two pair with a possible straight draw and flush draw on the board. I bet the minimum thinking the person on the draw will raise me. I get an immediate raise the other guy folds and I have him pegged. Target in sight. 4th comes... 8h. Doubt the guy was on a runner runner heart draw. If he had the straight he had to have 9Q. Hardly a hand worth raising on in early position pre-flop. Spade flush draw I guessed. Welp... he needs one more card. I have two pair and am conifident that my 75% chance of winning will hold up. All-In I push. I push hard so doofus will fold his draw plus I figure he's only a 25% favorite.

He calls

5th street is a spade.

Some how his apology of being tired and it being a silly call doesn't help. I hate this game but can't stop playing it. They say the odds will work out in the long run. After five years of daily play, which is a lot to some and not a lot to others, you still always remember the ones that you read perfectly but that lady luck decided to screw you on.
