I'll try with a serious answer 
I assume you mean "ABC Poker," which basically means playing poker in a very straightforward manner. Betting when you have a good hand, calling when you are drawing and are getting good odds, folding otherwise, and never bluffing. This is a fine strategy for beginning players at low limits, when you don't have the experience to apply tricky plays, and are mostly up against bad players.

nope, I think I heard that phrase on the movie Boiler Room... not sure why I remembered it.

Hey I love that movie too!
I work in a business park and one of the units was recently occupied by a financial advisers company. Until we new what they did I always described them to friends as the boiler room, because the car park was filled with sports cars (all silver for some reason) and lots of stressed people smoking

As one of the older members of this august group I feel the need to say that ABC was in ancient times (1945ish) a Cigarette slogan for Chesterfield Cigarettes.
