Diary of a “suck out” artist

Posted Fri Jul 15, 2005 2:09 am GMT by Hank
I know everyone posts here how they were robbed when the odds gods took a giant crap on their parade but I would like to post a story from the other perspective. I sucked this guy out and I didnt even see it coming till the chips slid my direction. The way he bitched for the next five minutes I am sure he will be posting his story here soon.

For the record I had my Aces cracked by three jacks earlier in the game so I was nearly out. Would you call a guy if you had pocket Aces the flop comes J, junk, junk, you bet big and he raises you all in? Well I did Sad

My stack was so small after that fiasco I could not defend a pot so I decided that I was going to play hyper aggressive until caught back up.

I flopped top pair, top kicker I was ready to move all in. The opponent, slow playing a set of threes and looking my puny all in probably couldnt click fast enough to call. The rest like they say is poker
