NL SnG.
5 players left, top 3 get paid, you're SB with 1900 in chips and had just doubled up with the help of the main villian a couple hands ago. Button (main villian) 1950 chips, BB has 2200 chips, Limper1 has 3400, Limper2 has 5550. Blinds are 25/50 and betting has been slow (lots of limping).
Pre-flop:
You're dealt Q Q and it's limped around to you. What do you do?
I raised to 100. BB folds, Limper1 calls, Limper2 calls, Button re-raises to 150, I re-raise to 200, Limper1 calls, Limper2 folds, Button calls.
Pot = 750
Flop:
4 A 3
You're first to act with 1700 in chips. What do you do?
I bet 50. Limper1 called, Button calls.
Pot = 900
Turn:
A
Again, you're first to act with 1650 in chips. What do you do?
I checked. Limper1 checked, Button checked.
Pot = 900
River:
A
You're first to act with 1650 in chips. What do you do?
I went all-in. Limper1 calls, Button re-raises all-in says "quads, goodbye," Limper1 folds.
Button shows A 7 and I say "goodbye."
The Button's play really confused me, and with QQAAA I dunno how I should've treated this on the river. Should I have assumed an Ace was out there and min-bet? Any raise on the flop or bet on the turn woulda had me folding, but I got seriously trapped with the slow-play here.

Stop minraising. No good can come from it. Raise to 250 or 300 preflop.
Your min bet on the flop gave 16:1 odds to your opponents. I don't know of a hand that can fold there. Any two hearts, diamonds, or clubs; any pair; any straight draw is obligated to call. You're going to learn nothing with that bet. Bet at least half pot.
If those two players are still with you on the turn, checking is fine. Be prepared to fold to any kind of bet.
You're pretty much screwed on the river. First off, you waaaaaay overbet the pot. Awfully hard to put someone on the case A, but you should've been able to draw them out of the shell earlier.

this is where you made your mistake. there's an old saying that says "go big or go home". you didn't go big enough, and it resulted in you going home. the betting range suggested by sean is about right IMO.
