Not sure it was the best call I have ever seen by him....
I put him on an overpair - Maybe my all in bet confused him?
Full Tilt almost wanted to runner, runner him... That would have been dirty. Had a hand 20 minutes earlier all in vs a short stack. My QQ vs AK. Flop came Q 6 3 then 10 J..... Thought it was happening again for a second there.

bwaahahahahahaha. sweet. When I'm stacked at around 100BBs, i like to lead/3-bet all-in, or CR all-in w/my big draws so that when I flop a set or trips, I can get paid off just as easily.
I can't fold TPTK fast enough here. But knowing you from reading your hand suggestions, I'm sure hands like J9, KJ, 99 or in the hand range. Nice hand, nice play.

I agree those would be hands in my range, but he seriously had a bad read on me if he thought I would go all in with that kind of hand.
I was playing pretty tight for the hour or two he was there - Since most of the time there was a guy on my right with 3k chips (who David also gave a grand to on a baby flush vs higher flush).
I really thought he had QQ, KK, or AA. If I didn't go all in, the turn would have really scared me as he would have not doubt got really aggressive when he hit that ace.

I cant believe such players make such stupid calls...amazes me
I wouldnt even dare check-raising all-in believing I would never get paid for it.

We both had big stacks & I really thought he had an overpair. He was overplaying a lot of hands & I thought it was pretty reasonable to get paid here.

I would still be a bit amazed if he was calling w/ AA/KK here
is that the guy who made 5 money finishes at WSOP last year and who was at final table of PL 5K tourney with Hellmuth ?

To be honest, I have no idea who David Singer is. I have meant to look him up to see a pic.
Different decision though in a cash game vs a tourny.

Just as a note, some semi-successful tourney guys come into our cash games and spew chips EVERY NIGHT!!
they are some really bad tourney guys out there.

yep I dont mean he's a bad player at tourney and/or cash...just that they can make some shitty moves where u expect them to have enough experience to dodge that

I agree - When he called, this was of course the hand I prayed he would have. Only runner runner outs.

I watch 5/10 through 25/50 at FT sometimes.
D'agostino always seems like he's blowing 5 buy-ins to me.
I'll look for you next time.

Yah, he's a strange one. I hate limit poker, but for some reason found my self playing the 50/100 structured game a few nights ago. He was there - He never seemed to let KJ go.... It's a very aggressive game. Here are 2 hands where I bad beat Aces (one was John's). Also a hand where he bad beat my Queens.

our boy's got gamble. . . .
on a side note, last night i went to a new cardroom that got moved after somebody had a heart attack and then the cops came. The story goes this man made the winning hand on the river and as the pot was being pushed, he croaked on the spot.
Anywho, one of the regulars at the old place made this new place his regular game and he's a tourney guy who made it waaay deep into the $ at the main event. I think he pocketed +$270k just over a month ago. I cash out from the 5-5NL game and see him playing the 1-2NL game and I go to congratulate him and see that he has only $60 in front of him. Just a fundmentally bad player.

Heart attack as the big pot is being pushed towards you.... Damn! That is how I want to go!!! lol
The best I have seen at a Casino is someone getting punched right in the nose - Blood everywhere.
