I put villain on either AA, AK. He was agressive and I thought there was a big chance of him calling my all in.

You read him right and got his chips in the middle, what more could you do? The fact that you got outdrawn sucks, but that's poker.

I don't really get the preflop call with K-Jo.. it will get you in trouble too often if you don't know how to play postflop. and going all-in here cost you some money even though it should have net you a lot because it was such a drastic overbet.
Next time: Fold preflop (unless you are really LAG and a good postflop player)
and
DONT GO ALLIN. there are many ways to play poker and they don't all revolve around "hey i hit something" and clicking the allin button.

What does LAG mean ??
Yeah I know there are many ways to play poker that don't involve all in. I thought I would try and get the most out of him as possible.

Getting the most would have been betting about 3/4ths to Pot size bet. Going all-in is only going to scare away the hands you want to pay you off.
LAG means Loose-Aggressive, it's where you play a lot of hands and play them aggressivley... which can really hurt you if you aren't a good post-flop player.

I don't like the call preflop. The issue is not that you're likely behind, although you are likely behind. The problem is that there are not a lot of boards that you're going to like. Any flop that hits you is likely going to hit your oppoent harder.
The all-in on the flop is fine. There are a ton of turns that will kill the action. It's also very likely that villian caught a nice piece of the flop too. If he has AA he'll have a hard time folding, if he has AK he got what he wanted on the flop, if he has QQ you're not going to get much anyway and if he has KK that just sucks.

I don't like the all-in.. unless you know your opponent very well and he sees it as a bluff, hes going to dump his hand. I just think you were almost lucky in that he had AA and wasn't going to drop it. AA and AK call, in which you are ahead. KK, JJ, 66 call in which you are behind. anything else and they fold... I try to bet 3/4ths of the pot and extract the most.

I agree with Blue here.
Was a loose call pre flop that can get you in trouble.
You hit a miracle flop & then WAY overbet it - You need to try & get more out of this hand.
Once you actually get a caller - That is great - Just got unlucky after that.
