I couldn't believe I made this mistake again. This is my biggest down fall I know of, over playing AX. I know one day I will break myself of this nasty habit. I guess the question should be how much more is it gonna cost me to take lessons in not playing these types of hands so strongly?,,,lol.

Against any other player at this table, pushing with AJ isn't that bad of a move. BUT you got involved against the other big stack. Bad move.

i dont like the min raising preflop action ... if you're gonna raise, just do it once, i think you needed to just flat call at some point and most likely check/flop a flop that doesnt help you out

I agree. Minimum raises preflop don't really mean anything. Raise at least 3x or 4x if you're going to raise at all. That reraise double for 240 was silly. That's something you'd do with AA only against a beginner who couldn't recognize it. ANY time you do a reraise double like that it's an automatic call or reraise because the only time you would fold is when you are positive your hand is going to lose more than 66%+ of the time. That's rare in holdem, you need to be convinced that you have
a. a lower pocket pair than an opponent's pocket pair
b. two unpaired cards both lower than your opponents non-pair
c. a dominated hand like AQ vs. AK
...and the fact that you're never sure eliminates b. because that's usually exactly 2 to 1, so you'd have to be 100% sure, which you should never be, I don't care how good you are.
The bigger mistake is calling his all-in like that. From a purely mathematical standpoint, you gotta figure that you've gotta call a bet of 4700 into a pot of 600 or so (the betting actually seems screwed up, you called 60 and raised 60, shouldn't the next person be calling 120?). So you're getting (around) 47 to 6 pot odds, or we'll say 8 to 1. How many hands beat you badly? AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, AQ. There's a way better possibility of someone having that hand after you with 5 players still to act than 8 to 1. You gotta figure "Would someone reraise me with a worse holding than AJ?" Even factoring your chance to win over any of those hands, it's not a good call. You're 30% to win on most of them, except AA where you're totally outta luck. Plus you can't expect a person to be bluffing on a raise-raise-reraise, so you are at best hoping for JJ which you're still 30%, but the other hands are much, much more plausible. I'd think QQ, KK or AA or AK at that point and flee. You shouldn't have reraised and you defintely shouldn't have called a re-re-re-raise. When someone does that you've just gotta assume strength, and AJo is simply not a great hand. It's good, not great.

EDIT: Plus! The blinds weren't so bad that you had to risk everything. As far as money placing goes, you had a lot more hands to play before you commited your entire tournament. It seems like (no offense!) you have categories of hands that you'll push it all in with and pray. That category should only be AA and KK, (and I've heard stories about people folding KK!, but I'll believe it when I see it). You need to re-evaluate your preflop selection and let hands go that you think are good, despite the fact that hands like AJ, 88, and even hands like AQo (pending on the table) cannot stand up to a reraise (over a normal 3x/4x raise, which brings me back to point 1).
Just my two cents though, I've been drinking tonight and I'll be interested to reread this in the morning.
