1) What are the basic rules for calling depending on if you are Dealer, BB or SB? For example, if you are Dealer(or not a blind) should you only call the BB with a very good hand? And as BB or SB is it ok to check/call with just an OK/Poor hand?
2) Also, when I'm head to head, I feel like I never want to fold beause there are only two players. What are some general tips for playing 1 on 1 at the end of a NL tournament.
3) When should you generally go All-in?

well, that's why I said "general" tips lol.
Regardless...I played a 3 person NL tourny yesterday. We all started out with 26 chips and blinds were 2/4 (which I thought was kind of high). I'm a player who tends to fold a lot. I was mad at one of the 2 guys because he stole the blinds every single hand! So that was basically the whole game. One person was out within a half hour. I had probably 1/4 the chips my opponent had and we raised to blinds to 4/8. I thought that was way to high.

That is ridiculous. You're blinds were 1/6 of your stack?!? You need alot more chips.
In that setup you have to be extremely aggresvise. Never call. Just raise.
