Hmmm... to be honest I would have bet another 250 post flop. And then "all-in" on the turn if anyone called.

Normally, yes. However, I was first to act with 3 callers behind ... IMHO, a bad place for a continuation bet.

I like the bet. If I didn't know your chip count, I'd say an pot-sized $1100 bet is good, but you were only 240 over that.
Soup-dog, I don't like a 250 postflop with two hearts on the flop, as it gives great pot odds to a drawing hand who have already invested some chips and could make some off implied odds. If he bets 250, a drawing hand would only have to call 250 for a 1350 pot. Around 5.4:1 pot odds compared to 4:1 winning odds on the flush.
Granted, I'm not a pro or even close to secondary income level, yet, but I think I have a decent grasp on odds. I like the raise. One thing, though. If you were at a low-limit game or a freeroll, etc, you will get called my a drawing hand no matter what you bet.

Call preflop instead of reraising... that was a huge mistake IMO. You reraised with a very marginal hand when you are going to be out of position and you only eliminated two people from the hand. Someones probably sharing an ace and/or queen with you.. I seriously rather fold here than re-open betting for everyone and losing 325 chips if you don't hit and someone bets a missed flop.
Call preflop, Check flop, push turn.
