Hollywood Poker offers a 500% bonus on your first deposit up to 1000$. So that means if you deposit 200$ you get 1000$. This is the best bonus i was able to find.
Unfortunately now, not only am I banned but by leaving my affiliate ID in place, I will probably be kicked off the scheme after the email that Geno sent to Hollywood Poker. Chin up me.

Now they have increased the rake I doubt many sane people will take this bonus up.
