Though it is a beat, it's not really a bad beat as he did have 10 outs, which would mean you were around a 3-1 favorite (correct me if I'm wrong).

He does, 10 outs for a full house or quads.

I think alot of people call this one with a set. Pot odds may be slightly off, but I think you have to be incredibly sure your opponent has the flush/straight before folding a set here is a good idea in the long run,

i would of chased down the house... and folded if i missed... but i hate when the board pairs on the turn and river... u know you are beat.
