Hey all,
I've read alot of poker books, however I'm wondering if any of you know any really good ones particularly catered for cash games? thanks ;o
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

I’ve heard some good things about:
Winning Low-Limit Hold'em by Lee Jones
NB: I think it's Fixed Limit only though.

That is true but it is definitely worth a read even if you only play NL.

If you're looking for No Limit, I would check out (in the following order):
Getting Started with Holdem by Ed Miller
The book is split into Limit and No Limit sections, also includes a tourney section. Miller's No Limit chapter is awesome where he discusses playing styles with big stack vs. small stack.
Harrington on Holdem, Vol. 1
Although this is a tournament book, I hear alot of the concept can easily be applied to cash games.
Note: In the No Limit section of GSHE, Miller recommends reading HOH1 next after his book.

Of course he recommends it, they're from the same publisher :D
I'll second WLLHE by Lee Jones, it'll give you a pretty solid start in playing low limit games(even though the 2+2 crowd thinks it's crap)
Haven't read Harrington's books yet but I've heard nothing but good things about them.

o yeah, oops.
Actually, i've read both WLLHE and GSHE, both are great books, but as a beginner, i felt the format in GSHE was easier to follow. Again, just my 2 cents.
