hi
I keep hearing about pokertracker and similar software - is it the best one ?
is it complicated ? - im thick on computers
is everyone using it now ? so you've got to use it too
does it literaly tell you what you should do live to play perfect odds or is an analyser ?
and most importantly i'm on a mac so I couldnt figure out from the stuff ive read if it will work on a mac - same old PC only story ?
I play at pokerroom at the moment and looking at hollywood too

Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Jeez, I don't know of a mac program. You can use www.pokercharts.com to keep track of some of it yourself, or maybe make a spreadsheet.

Hi Jonny
Thanks for that - ive never got my head round a spreadsheet (fear) - and lazy - looks like options for mac really are limited - some one at another forum sent me this -
It does not work on the mac. However, since your playing PokerRoom.com you can use MacPoker pro. You can find it at www.openendsoftware.com. It only works for ring games and only with PokerRoom(and PokerRoom skins like hollywood).
guess its what im after - but thanks for the pointer to pokercharts - if this doesnt work out I guess im gona have to learn how all the box spead sheet things work
