Wife wants to go to Vegas. She's been bugging me to take her for awhile now. Since I've started to play Hold 'em, I've actually been considering it now. MY question is how much money will I need to play some low limit games and maybe get into a couple of day tourny's?
Currently I play $5 and $10 SnG's and 1/2 NL games. Since this would be a first and only vacation in long time I'm willing to step up my stakes a little. Probably be there a long weekend.

50 times the small bet on the table you plan on playing should hold you for a few hours- a simple rule of thumb I use even on home games (except our mini 2 dollar buy in elimination tournaments while waiting for someone to arrive  ).
As for the NL games, I'm not sure. The rule should probably conform to the small blind on those games...
