Canterbury has a WPT fund raiser on Saturday. The following pros are expect to play. Jonnyboy and myself are tentatively planning on going there tomorrow and seeing if we can sneak into the $225NL tournament. Maybe some pros will come in early and play that one?????
Scheduled to appear:
300 players, including celebrities, will vie for fabulous prizes including a seat in the WPT Celebrity Invitational in Los Angeles and a $10,000 cash prize pool. Celebrities scheduled to play in the tournament are: Mike Sexton, host of WPT, Linda Johnson, "the First Lady of Poker", "The Mad Genius", T.J. Cloutier, Marcel Luske , "The Flying Dutchman", Men "The Master" Nguyen, Mark Sief, Amir Vahedi, Evelyn Ng and Jan Fisher. Local celebrities who are scheduled to play are: Pat Miles, Dark Star, Joe Schmit, Lori & Julie from FM 107, Ron Rosenbaum, KSTP Am 1500, Paul Allen & Dan "The Common Man", KFAN and Charles Gonzalez, KARE 11 Sports.

Be sure to get there early, Im suire u know but last time I tried to get into the tourney I got there like 90 minutes before registration supposedly started and it was full.
