stupid play getting rewarded? |

i dont like this hand one little bit... yeah i won.. but i think there is a load of errors. and that annoys me because i dont want to win pots by playing badly... i want to win pots playing good solid poker...

ok then, i think my pre-flop raise was ok.
i should maybe not have tried a standard continuation bet on the flop though. mr. harrington has always taught me not do that with that many people in the hand and especially after them calling my raise from early position too. i didnt think anyone had AA or KK though because would i not have been re-raised before the flop?? so i didnt think anyone had the full house.
but they must have had some kind of good hands... like at least pairing the K with a good kicker...
i should have checked and been prepared to lay it down if any decent bet was thrown at me?? should the hand have ended for me there?
i figure by the turn i am then getting the odds for my flush so i just go all in.
then i get very very lucky to get the runner runner flush..
nice pot for what i paid for it but please do rip the hand to bits as you see fit.

but against 3 other players my one pair is not looking so good... is it not?

Preflop is standard.
but K 6 6....
Ok, you are behind hands with kings in them.
You are ahead of a ton of hands that would call your preflop bet. Your hand is legitimate and the pot is kinda big. And nobody has X-Ray vision and can see your QQ either. Bet is good
I like the turn check, because 1. Those Qs aren't looking up. 2. It doesn't chase away anyway and may get a little extra into the pot for your draw.
The river is a blessing.
Your opponents played very badly though.
Mr KJo: Meeting a preflop raise with KJo is horrible, horrible...horrible....it's donk play.
Mr. AA: Not getting more money with AA in preflop when when he was on the button with 4 people in the hand!!!!! That's disgusting...and horrible...and weak. And...the flop....that horrible, horrible flop.....and the turn.....well....better...but still bad.

I wouldn't call your play stupid at all. You played what you thought and from the information you gathered. Truely the stupid play was Mr. AA. He should have raised pre-flop and after the flop he should have been trying to push both of you off of the hand. You got rewarded for the other players bad play. They let you draw out.
