I've recently started playing stud, very low limits until I can learn the basics and such. Here is a hand for the stud players out there. Salche, DiamondCutter, I'm looking at you guys...

After I posted the history, I was reading over it. I don't know why I didn't raise on 5th. Inexperience probably.

agreed, jam 5th, then check calling to the river till you improve is a good idea, you had the outs and the pot was big enough
this is just one of those tough stud hands ... the idea is when you're on the receiving end (like this one) get away as cheaply as possible, and when you make the flush to get as much money out of that as you can

I agree jam 5th, that 6th street card is brutal for you.
Take solace in knowing if you made your full house you can usually collect extra bets.
