Went down to the Taj again and was very happy with the results. Played a little blackjack and roulette too and ended up winning another 30 bucks. lol just to cap off a good night.

Bankroll After: 3,045

Stakes/# of players: 5/10 FL ; normally 8-10

Hourly Rate: (656-270)/10 = 38.6

Hands/Hour: 8

Table quality: Beautiful, there was three players there including myself who I would say knew the game on a profiecient level. However besides them the table was generally very loose and calling stations. In particular there was a old guy on my left that liked to call everything down regardless of raises present with middle pair. I'd say out of my 10 hour session he was there for about 6 hours of it and deposited about 1,200 to the table.

Big Win/Loss: Nothing amazing here however there is one hand I'm particularly proud of. I have AK and reraise. I get two callers to the flop, one from a good player at the table. Flop comes K 4 8. So good player bets I raise, the other folds, and I get called. Turn comes a J. Now up until this point I knew I had him but wasn't sure of his hand. He bet again, and I felt something was wrong. Not like a set but I felt that he had two pair K, X. I said that "I should be raising here but something feels off." and I called. Rvr came a rag, he bet and I again feeling that I had been beaten but wanting to know and not ready to fold AK, i called. He showed me a KJ for the win and just stared at me for not raising more. Sure I probably shouldn't have called him down. But with Top pair and kicker, and no flush or straight possible, I couldn't get off of it. Still though I feel that my hand reading skills saved me about 20 or more on that hand.

I think I might know that guy. Last time I played that game there were two older guys that fit that profile, but much to my chagrin they were catching a lot of cards. Pretty frustrating.
