If there is a four a queen a 9 a 5 a 10 on the board and one persons pocket cards are 4 and 3 and the other persons is a 4 and a Jack, is there a winner or is it a splitt pot?

And next time try putting the board reads: 4Q95T
It's a lot easier than "a a a a a a" where we think you're playing with 20 million aces.

Geeze Blue, if he doesn't even know which hand wins or how to read the friggin' FAQ how is he supposed to know how to represent the cards in print.
Besides everyone knows a four wins over a plain old 4 any day.
