What do you guys think the best Low (3/6, 6/12) Limit Book is? I play these stakes often in the casino and although no one wins all the time I find them generally easy to beat. And with reading a good book I'd think I would find these games even more easy to beat. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks

You're all wrong. Read Winning Low Limit Hold'em followed by Small Stakes Hold'em. :D
WLLHE is a good book for beginners (in the sense of beginning a study of poker), IMO it's mostly about playing solid poker and fixing holes in your game. SSHE is much more technical and advanced and more about cutting-edge maximum win rate poker.
An SSHE fan will now ask "So since you admit SSHE is better, why mess with the inferior book at all?" (Note that I didn't admit that SSHE is better.) Because I think WLLHE will improve most player's games in the short run and I think the highly aggressive SSHE method is easy to get in trouble with until you've really got a handle on it. But certainly SSHE is a great book and if you feel your game is really solid, Kyle, go for it by all means.

You left out the :D . Didn't mean to offend anyone. I thought it would be useful to suggest that both books have their good points and to try to give a little information beyond the titles of the books.
But so what's your point? Yes, I said that it would be best to read WLLHE then SSHE as SSHE is more advanced. So you agree or disagree or ???

He asked what's the best low-limit book, not what book has miniquizes at the end of each chapter fools.
SSHE > LeeJones x 100
PP > Pstars x 100

So SSHE is superior because the quizzes are at the end of the book? And Harrington on Hold'em has quizzes after each chapter...
Many people think that when someone resorts to insults in a discussion it simply indicates that the insulting person is in over their head. :D
