these were 2 consecutive hands I played tonight in a cash game w/ 7 players blinds are at 10/20 cents(irrelavent in cash but just saying).
1st hand:I am in the SB and I have 2 limpers ahead of me including the button.I look down and see 2 queen.I raised it $1.50 to $1.70 and the guy behind me in BB (who is a pretty tight player and only bets of strong hands) IMMEDIATELY, I mean IMMEDIATELY raises another $6.limpers fold and it comes back around to me.I think about it for a second and I don't think he would of reraised that much with AA or KK.So I move all in.He thinks about it and calls with ~18 dollars more in chips. He flips over AJ off suit.I win the pot.Did I play this correctly?
2nd hand:I am on the button now and there is another limper(very loose player, bets alot) in late position. The guy on my right raises to .60. I look down and see 2 7's and I call.limper calls.Flop comes out Spade 7 Club 3 Spade 10.Limper checks and BB bets $2. I call.Limper calls.Turn is a Spade K making a potential flush. It goes check, check and I check.River is a blank and it does check, check check.I flip over my set, limper mucks and the guy on my right has A 10 off suit.Should I have bet on the turn or river to get some more money or was it the smart play to check the flush possibility on the turn and river with 2 people ahead?

1. While reading the first hand I expected a bigger hand from your opponent, but as you got your money in as a big favourite you obviously played your hand well against that particular opponent.
On a side note, his raise to $6 is not uncommon with high pockets.
2. I'd probably raise his bet on the flop. The reasons are many, but the most important is that I want to make a drawer pay to outdraw me, and if he held a hand like JJ-AA, A10, K10 he'll probably still call you.
I would also suggest value betting the river, now both villains have checked the potential flush twice and it looks like you most likely have the best hand. You where not the aggressor on the flop, therefore I would be very surprised if they checked it to you both on the turn and on the river.

Hand 2, bet the river. I might be scared of the flush on the turn. And betting could be very dangerous because you have 10 outs and don't want to be forced to fold (which would happen if someone made a big c/r). On the other hand you probably still have the best hand and could easily be up against a big spade. So the turn is pretty close. But after the river is a blank and it checks around you have to know your hand is good, so bet it.

The first hand I thought at first you had 2Q, instead of what I now think QQ, if you had QQ then yes you did the right thing.
The secod hand, to me it's fine to check the turn if you fear the made flush (if you suspect a flush draw still then you don't want to give the free card) but with position on the river I would have made another bet.
Just my $.02

A few minor things ... paragraphs help make your posts clearer. Second, look at the emoticons on the left side of posting ... they have the suits, use those, it makes your posts easier to read.
1. Dunno if you can really lay down QQ here, I can't lay down QQ unless I see a lot of raising ahead of me. So good hand, but if your read on this guy is right, he's usually got AK here at worst.
2. Bet the river.

2. Raise the flop. Nobody bets the turn here. I bet a checked turn to me about 80% of the time. Nothing worse than seeing some 8 win the pot on the river because you didn't bet the turn.
