One I Inflicted

I think I had the odds to call on the flop even though I figured I was beaten, but the results were rotten for the other guy.

The only part of your play I don't like is that initial call of 400 after the flop. He overbet the pot, calling a bet like that is not a great play. Because he raised pre-flop, I wouldn't worry about him having a 4, i'd put him on AJ if anything. And thats giving him the benefit of the doubt considering it was a small raise. Having a higher pocket pair probably would have warranted a bigger raise preflop. So I would have raised instead of calling that since theres a good chance you have him beat.

Calling his all in afterwards, yes you were getting pretty good odds there. Anfilian's play was pretty bad anyways, calling with a hand like that preflop in bad position, he had no business doing that.
