Do you guys know how they typically do blinds in a game of H.O.R.S.E.? I'm mostly curious about tournaments, but ring games too. Do they just do a rotating small and big blind, even for the Razz and Stud hands?

Never played Razz but Stud does not use blinds. Just antes.

H - Pot limit HoldEm -- Uses Blinds
O - Pot limit Omaha -- Uses blinds
R - Razz -- uses Ante Structure (same as 7 stud) where HIGH CARD brings in
S - Stud -- Uses Ante Structure where LOW Card brings in
E - Omaha H/L EoB - Uses Blinds

the HO doesn't have to be Pot Limit.
at least it's not in the card room i've played before. we played limit for all of the games.
this isn't to say you couldn't play pot limit... or no limit... or whatever floats your boat. i just don't think the HO in HORSE has to be pot limit.
hehehehe.

Most often, all games are played limit, and the "O" os for Omaha 8, not Omaha high, and the "E" is for Stud 8. Also, for simplicity, there is often only one blind in blind games, and rather than antes in stud games, there is just a low bring-in for the same amount as the blind, so everyone theoretically posts the same every round over time.
On two occasions, some friends and I played HOSED, which is limit Hold'em, Omaha 8, Stud, Stud 8, and deuce-to-seven triple draw. There was only one blind for Hold'em, Omaha, and Draw, equal to same amount as the bring-in for the Stud games but no ante.
